Space Cowboy: I have satellite TV, unwillingly since I never watch it. But they bundle it with the phone and internet, so if I dropped it, the remaining two would cost about the same as if I kept it. Jan 21, 2018 21:11:56 GMT
Olive: To be honest for us it's mostly background noise. We watch our handful of shows from the US or Britain and a movie now and then. We don't even bother to buy a TV magazine with the schedules anymore. Jan 21, 2018 19:38:28 GMT
Vhenan Sequitur: I really don't miss the TV. There's plenty of other interesting things in the Dragon Age. :D Jan 21, 2018 19:34:16 GMT
Olive: Back then there were only 3 channels anyway plus the two austrian channels we were able to receive because of our proximity to the border :P Jan 21, 2018 19:25:08 GMT
Olive: When I was six we moved into a new house my parents had built and for about another 6 years they didn't bother putting up any sort of antenna and I don't think I was unhappy during that time. Jan 21, 2018 19:23:17 GMT
Vhenan Sequitur: Only 2 fuzzy channels because of all the tall trees right around us, so I donated the rabbit ears. The radio doesn't even work well. (rofl) Jan 21, 2018 19:19:53 GMT
Autumn Witch: Can you get a digital antenna where you currently are? Jan 21, 2018 19:06:48 GMT
Vhenan Sequitur: I reckon going without TV is less of an issue for me because I grew up with free antenna TV and only had cable for a few years in my adulthood. Jan 21, 2018 18:52:45 GMT
Vhenan Sequitur: I do miss zoning out on History channel though. Jan 21, 2018 18:45:23 GMT
Vhenan Sequitur: I watch news and podcasts on YouTube and watch maybe 3 current shows on Netflix, but it's slim pickings over there for me these days. I'm too picky to get interested in new things. :P Jan 21, 2018 18:43:06 GMT
GeneralXIV: 30 channels would probably be possible for me, I dont really watch tv anymore. I usually watch DVDs or play on my PS4, so... :P Jan 21, 2018 17:16:22 GMT
Olive: Yeah, but even if I add the networks whose shows I download it maybe only double the number I gave you. Jan 21, 2018 8:29:37 GMT
Autumn Witch: Aye but you use the internet for that stuff correct? Jan 21, 2018 3:49:29 GMT
Vhenan Sequitur: *gets zero channels* :P Jan 21, 2018 1:05:01 GMT
GeneralXIV: I think the first Transformers movie is the only... ok one :P Jan 20, 2018 23:02:16 GMT
Olive: I'm really mostly interested in Megan Fox and Rachael Taylor toys from the first movie. ;) I know those movies are not really well liked among hardcore Transformers fans, so please don't hit me :D But that sounds great! Jan 20, 2018 22:52:06 GMT *
Olive: We mostly switch between 7 or 8 channels. That's more than enough. You really want to tell me you need all those? :P Jan 20, 2018 22:49:40 GMT
Autumn Witch: I am used to having over 300 telly channels, here at the hotel I have like 30. UGGGGGG Jan 20, 2018 22:09:11 GMT
Cyberstrike: The Transformers toy wise is starting to get some female characters into the toy line, while the comics and cartoon continue bringing new and existing TF female characters into IDW/Hasbro Universe. They need more female Decepticons IMHO though. Jan 20, 2018 21:40:13 GMT
Olive: Happy Saturday, 9:13 pm :P Jan 20, 2018 20:13:28 GMT
